Find Answers To Common Questions About Your Stay
To help with planning your stay at Falmouth Tides, please find answers to our most frequently asked questions below.
Office Hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. There are no phones in the guestrooms. For all questions or needs, please come to the Front Desk. When the office is closed, you may contact the Night Manager by dialing (508) 548-3126. In the event of an emergency, please use your cell phone to dial 911.
Check-in: Available from 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
We will text message or call you the day before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. If you are not sure of your arrival time or will be arriving later than 8pm, we will provide you with the self-check-in information. It is rare that we can accommodate an early check-in but we are always happy to store baggage. Please call to make these arrangements in advance.
Check-out: Any time before 11:00 AM
Late check-outs must be arranged in advance with the Front Desk to assure there is ample time to prepare the room for guests arriving later that day. During our peak season, we typically cannot accommodate late check-outs due to the tight timeframe to turn over the guestroom.
Our front desk staff are available to help you make the most of your stay with us. Whether you are seeking outdoor adventures, a place to escape, or the ideal dining experience; our staff can provide expert local advice and help make any necessary arrangements or reservations.
Be sure to stop by the Front Desk to pick up the latest, most comprehensive calendar and information on local events and activities.
Whether you need reservations for dinner or sunset cruise, suggested activities for children, a recommendation for hiking and biking trails, or simply directions to the nearest store to pick up watermelon and suntan lotion, our front desk staff are there to help.
